Students at Holy Family have sport lessons on a Friday throughout the school year.
We also hold Fundamental Movement Skills sessions; run by our Year 6 students, on a Wednesday morning from 8.50am to 9.20 am. Children wear their full sport uniform, including predominantly white joggers, on these days.
All children are encouraged to become involved in sport: the emphasis is on development of skills. Primary children compete in swimming, athletics, cross country, rugby league, soccer and netball championships at school, regional, diocesan and inter-diocesan level. Children gifted at sports have opportunities to compete from Regional to State level.
