Holy Family Primary School, Merewether Beach has a history built on the traditions of the school’s founders, the Sisters of St Joseph’s. This history is especially celebrated in our environmental initiatives as we strive to preserve our native plants and coastline, modelling authentic stewardship of the environment.
Through our rich Josephite history, we deeply acknowledge the importance of the presence of God in the lives of our, students, parents and staff. We also recognise, through the history and traditions of our Josephite Sisters, that we are called to be authentic witnesses in our faith community, truly centred in the life of the school around Catholic teachings and values. In providing our students with the foundations of a Christ-centred life, we are preparing them for emotional and spiritual wellbeing within a vibrant, connected faith filled community.
